Mrs. Daniela Cruz

Daniela Cruz is an enthusiastic viola/violin teacher, who recently served as Teacher Assistant at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, The String Academy of Wisconsin, Viola/Violin Faculty at the Michigan State University Community Music School and at the Jackson Symphony Orchestra Community Music School. Daniela is a faculty member at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and has toured Europe as leading staff with their International Youth Symphony Orchestra.

She has taught students of diverse background in different parts of the United States and her home country Brazil. As a performer, she is a violist at the Jackson Symphony Orchestra and other orchestras in mid-Michigan. Daniela has a Master’s degree in String Pedagogy from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master’s degree in performance from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Faculdade Santa Marcelina, in Brazil.
