Dan Rosales Núñez—Violinist
He began his music studies in the Armando Moraga Molina Regional conservatory, in the city of Antofagasta. In 1998 he is admitted to the college of Arts of the Chile University.
Dan has had clases with renown people such as Luis Reygadas, Nelson Angel, Jaime de la Jara, Fernando Ansaldi, Denis Kolobov, Mario Mujica, Eva Graubin.
He has played in several classical music chamber associations including the Mozart Quartet, Classic Quintet and Scherzo Quartet.
He has also been involved in many orchestras including National Juvenile Symphonic Orchestra, University of Chile Chamber Orchestra, Antofagasta Symphonic Orchestra, Antofagasta Chamber Orchestra, Unap Classical Orchestra, University of La Serena Orchestra and Tarapacá Orchestra among others.
In the year 2002 he abstain his diploma of superior studies with concentration in Violin from the Regional Conservatory “Armando Moraga Molina”. He also has a degree in Cultural Management and another one in Individual and Group Teaching from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso.
The Chilean orchestra’s foundations awarded him a position of teaching support for the Juvenile Symphonic Orchestras of the regions of Tarapacá and Antofagasta; therefore he had to be traveling constantly to the cities of Iquique and Antofagasta to develop technical work with the members of the mentioned orchestras.
In 2012 he was awarded the National Scholarship “Fernando Rosas” which allowed him to pursue education in classical and contemporary music at the Superior College of Cataluña (ESMUC) in Barcelona – Spain, under the teachings of the famous Master Eva Graubin.
In 2013 he sees himself involved as the Concertmaster of the Regional Orchestra of Tarapacá.
