I began studying Suzuki Violin at the age of 5, and I knew soon after that I wanted to teach music and share its joy with others. I am incredibly grateful for the influence and inspiration of my mother, a 30 year public school music teacher, and every single music teacher that instructed me through elementary, middle, and high school. These passionate and compassionate educators provided the crucial foundation for my musical and educational studies, and I strive every day to provide that for my students as well.

I have been teaching lessons and working as a music teacher in K-12 public and private schools for the past 10 years. This is my 5th year teaching String Orchestra at Sterling Middle School for Loudoun County Public Schools.

In person and virtual lessons are both available at this time! We are currently in our spring semester of lessons, and summer scheduling will begin soon. Consider signing up for a block of supplementary lessons for your string players over the summer months—scheduling is very flexible.
