Celine DuTemple is a violinist and Suzuki instructor whose training is versatile and dynamic. She holds a BM in violin performance from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, Cum Laude, and a Masters at The Hartt School in Hartford, CT, where she received her long-term Suzuki training in Books 1-8. Her mentors include Teri Einfeldt, Christie Felsing, Donna Ngai and Sachiko Isihara (ECC).  She has studied with teachers such as Elisabeth Small and Anton Miller, whose tutelage is traced to Juilliard pedagogue, Dorothy Delay. Additionally, she is a member of the music honors society Pi Kappa Lambda and was President of the Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota. Recently, Celine has been a teaching assistant and chamber music coach at the prestigious Interlochen Arts Camp working with students between the ages of 8-18. Her past work experience includes being a full time teacher at the Upper Valley Music Center in Lebanon New Hampshire, Guilford Public Schools Assistant and The Ethel Walker School. She currently resides in New Haven, CT where she teaches at Suzuki Music Schools of Westport & Orange and in the Bridgeport Public Schools through K.E.Y.S.
