Cecelia M. Ostapeck
Violin
Cecelia Ostapeck is a passionate teacher and violinist, and has played the violin for 18 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance and Suzuki Pedagogy from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University of South Carolina.
As a benefit of her focus on music education, Cecelia has experience with many additional instruments including the viola, cello, bass, ukulele, keyboard, guitar, and voice. She also took courses on child psychology and music for young children.
Cecelia works to keep her students feeling challenged while allowing them the time to grow at a pace that works for them. Everybody learns differently and this is never more true than when it comes to music.
Cecelia is located in the heart of Chicago and is actively accepting students age 3+ for violin study.
