Brittany is a classically trained violinist from Mesa, AZ. She began playing the violin in her elementary school program and quickly fell in love with the instrument! She completed her Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude and her Master’s degree in violin at Arizona State University under the tutelage of Dr. Jonathan Swartz. Brittany has attended Le Domaine Forget Summer Music Academy in Quebec, Canada and Madeline Island Music Camp in Madeline Island, Wisconsin.

Brittany was a member of the Symphony of the Southwest for many years and also performed with various symphony orchestras around the valley of the sun. Outside the classical music world, Brittany has performed with Michael Buble, the Transiberian Orchestra and Cirque Musica. She has also played in multiple recording projects for local artists and composers.

Brittany discovered her passion for teaching violin in college when she taught for ASU’s String Project Program. Since then, she has maintained a private studio of violin and viola students of various ages and abilities ranging from 3-90 years old! She completed the Every Child Can Course and Violin Unit 1 with Edmund Sprunger

Brittany’s husband serves as a musician in the Navy which brought them to the Pacific Northwest! Currently, Brittany is enjoying teaching privately in Kitsap County as well as performing around Western Washington.
