Current Position

Barbara Eadie has been a Music Educator in Victoria, British Columbia for the past 40 years. Prior to moving to B.C, Ms. Eadie was a member of the Preparatory Department faculty at the Eastman School of Music and an Instructor in flute at Brockport State College University located in Brockport, New York. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in the US and Canada and is a founding member of the Candlelight Trio, a chamber group consisting of flute, violin and cello. She has had extensive symphony orchestra experience including playing extra flute with the Victoria Symphony on a CBC broadcast. Mrs. Eadie is currently the strings teacher for several elementary schools in School District 61, Victoria, B.C.
