An empathetic person at heart, Mr. Nasrinpay teaches at SonataViolinStudio.com[/url] in order to give all students his full attention and providing decades of resources through his years of study and connections. He is a member of the Suzuki Association of the Greater Washington Area, the Suzuki Association of the Americas, The Washington DC League of Musicians, and the American String Teachers Association. His teaches students depending on their needs and learning styles passed down from his teachers, like the Concertmaster of the Dallas Symphony, Alex Kerr, Timothy Lees, and many other concertmasters. Arman Nasrinpay’s passion for classical music was apparent early, appearing on the cover of McLean Connections from receiving top prizes in prestigious competitions, including the Washington Performing Arts Society’s Feder Competition on3 separate occasions. He has performed at world class venues, including the Kennedy Center, Strathmore Music Center, Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, Shakespeare Theatre for Performing Arts, Music Hall in Cincinnati, and the Millenium Stage. He has also appeared on nationally syndicated radio stations such as WFMT. Mr Nasrinpay holds an undergraduate and Masters of Music in violin performance from The Jacobs School (IU) and the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, on full scholarship. An avid orchestral player, he has performed with the Cincinnati Symphony, the Chautauqua Symphony, the Dayton Philharmonic, and the New World Symphony, but also chamber groups such as the Ajax Ensemble, Juliani Ensemble and the Zelter String Quart.
