Amy Bradbury Redhage began violin lessons in the Marshalltown, Iowa school Suzuki program with Ed Wilcox and later studied with Doris Preucil.  She has a BM cum laude in violin performance from the University of Minnesota, where she studied pedagogy with Sally O’Reilly and Mark Bjork, and an MM in violin performance/Suzuki pedagogy from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with Linda Cerone and Michele George.  Amy and her husband, Dan, have spent the last 20 years raising five children while he attended seminary and served churches in Indiana, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and now Lowden, Iowa. Along the way, she has taught in public and private school settings, played with various orchestras, directed church music, and now leads groups at the Preucil School of Music and teaches in her home studio.
