Mrs. Amber J. Lovatt

Music has always been a part of Amber’s life; she was introduced to the violin/the Suzuki Method in kindergarten and earned a bachelor’s degree in music education. She has played in almost a dozen orchestras across the country at collegiate and professional levels, and has been teaching violin privately since 2010. Her students receive a teaching that is well-rounded with inspiration, as she is always tinkering with new ideas and learning different styles of playing from other teachers and mentors. Amber is currently performing with a local bluegrass-punk band. When she’s not playing violin you can find her teaching yoga, or with her husband— weightlifting, doing MMA, skateboarding, or playing board games!
