Aileen Robertson

Aileen Robertson believes that no matter how young or old, every child will develop a love for music through the violin. Aileen is director of Suzuki Strings and early childhood music for the University of Miami’s Frost Preparatory Program. Originally hailing from New York, Aileen earned her B.M. in Music Education from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music in 2005, where she concurrently studied jazz vocal technique. As a singer Aileen performs regularly with her jazz duo Midnight Blue. She has also performed with the Miami Lyric Opera as a violinist, and has accumulated a resume of studio recordings.
