Dear Friend of Suzuki Education,

The Suzuki Association of the Americas builds the infrastructure that makes it possible for Suzuki Education to flourish in the Americas. The SAA is strong because of visionary and supportive people like you. As you consider making a contribution to the SAA annual fund, take a moment to answer these questions:

  • Do you believe in the power of music to transform lives?

  • Has Suzuki Education been a positive force in your life?

  • Do you believe that every child has the ability to be successful?

  • Do you believe children should not be denied the opportunity to learn music just because they are disadvantaged?

  • Do you believe that investing in great teaching and great parenting makes the world a better place for everyone?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then you are a kindred spirit with Dr. Suzuki. You see, making a contribution makes a statement about you. The SAA works tirelessly to educate teachers and parents. The SAA provides scholarships each year to support Suzuki education. The SAA creates a dynamic learning community for all who subscribe to the Suzuki philosophy.

Star Power

This year the SAA would like to recognize and honor those who most generously donate to the 2012 Annual Fund by designating “Star Power” giving categories.

When you make a qualifying gift to the 2012 Annual Fund, your name will appear on the Thanking Our Lucky Stars giving page. As always, a gift of any size is sincerely appreciated.

What kind of star are you?

Bronze Star: $75 to $149
Silver Star: $150 to $249
Gold Star: $250 and up

These are wonderful things and if they align with your values, you just might be inclined to support them with your hard earned dollars. If Suzuki education plays a role in your family life, you can feel very good about investing in the SAA and the future of Dr. Suzuki’s vision for our children.

As Chair of the Board of Directors of the SAA, I can assure you that every dollar is spent efficiently and with tremendous vision, a vision inspired by the incredible example of Shinichi Suzuki and the many that learned from him.

So here is the pitch:

Please make a contribution, as generous as you are able, to the annual fund of the SAA.

There are many ways to contribute.
You can dedicate a shining star on the SAA website to a teacher, mentor or family member,
or simply donate directly online.

Join me in supporting the important work of the SAA. Let every Suzuki student, teacher and family know that you value what they are doing. Let the world know how much you value and appreciate the Suzuki movement in the Americas. Please contribute today and you can make a difference in the lives of so many children and families.

Sincerely,

Dr. Mark George
Chair, SAA Board of Directors
