Unpublished research papers and Graduate Student research projects, at any stage of development, on topics relevant to Talent Education are invited to be submitted to the 10th International Research Symposium or the IRSTE Graduate Student Seminar with Dr. Robert Duke. Appropriate topic areas could include early childhood development, any related areas of music education, instrumental education, historical research regarding the Suzuki method, teacher-student interaction, and parental involvement in music education.

Papers or project ideas must be no more than 25 pages in length. The author’s name, institutional affiliation, if applicable, email and mailing address should appear on the title page. Please view our website for more details:

A copy of the paper and abstract must be submitted electronically by March 19, 2010. Selection of papers will be determined by a panel of qualified readers. Authors will be notified by April 2, 2010.
