Suzuki Charter School Society
Karen Spencer is the principal of the Suzuki Charter School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Public school academics are enriched with music and children learn and play in harmony. All of students learn a musical instrument using the Suzuki Approach and musical themes are integrated within the academic program. As well as integrating musical genres, the Suzuki philosophy is the foundation for school goals and practices. Karen is also the Suzuki mom of a young pianist.
