Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth Jones grew up as a “Suzuki kid,” beginning her studies on violin when she was 7. After just one year, she switched to viola and was hooked for life! Elizabeth completed her BM in viola performance at University of Michigan, MM in viola performance at Northern Illinois University, and four years of Doctoral study at University of Kentucky, with an assistantship to play in the graduate quartet.

Elizabeth currently performs with the Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra and Owensboro Symphony. She teaches violin and viola students in her studio. Sharing the love of music with students and their parents is a joy!

Elizabeth lives in Radcliff, KY.
