Elisabeth Taylor

Beth Taylor has taught Suzuki violin for 26 years.  Previously she has worked as the Suzuki Program Director of the Creative Arts School in Reading, MA, and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Suzuki Association of the Greater Washington Area for 10 years.  Beth has coordinated and directed numerous festivals and workshops in New England and Washington D.C., including the Annual SAGWA String Festival at the Kennedy Center, DAR Constitution Hall, the Music Center at Strathmore, and the University of Maryland; as well as the biennial multi-instrument SAGWA Celebration at Shenandoah University.  She continues to maintain an active private studio and has taught at the Bullis School in Potomac, MD. Beth has been a guest clinician at Suzuki events in the US.  She is devoted to the Talent Education method of learning as a student, teacher and the parent of five musical children.
