Chenoa Murphy

Chenoa was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She started the violin at age 3 and was trained in and completed the Suzuki Violin method. Chenoa earned a Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the University of Cincinnati College- Conservatory of Music and has since performed in 6 countries and 38 states of the United States. She has taught violin and viola as well as been a member of several symphony orchestras in her area. Her opinions on race can be found on CNN, NPR Illinois, and Huffington Post!
