Le <\/span><\/span>\u00a0Suzuki School of Music in S\u00e3o Paulo<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0offers training courses for teachers with the aim of promoting the Suzuki Method.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
This course is aimed at\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>violin teachers\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/b> who wish\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>to deepen<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0and continue their\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>pedagogical training within the Suzuki Method.<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>principles of the method<\/span><\/span><\/b> ,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>teaching strategies<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0, and strengthen their practice as\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>music educators.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

To participate, you must have completed Book 1 and be an active member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA).<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

During the course,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>fundamental topics<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0for taking the first steps as a Suzuki teacher will be covered, including the principles that\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/span>gu<\/strong>ide <\/span><\/span><\/b>t<\/span><\/span>he beginning of<\/span><\/span> \u00a0instrumental study and the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>pedagogical strategies<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0that support the student’s musical development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The topics covered include the\u00a0 initial <\/span><\/span>technical steps<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u00a0on the instrument (pre-star technique),\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>preparatory exercises <\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span><\/b>\u00a0strategies, and guidance for studying at home.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
