SUMMARY:Cello Teaching Strategies
DESCRIPTION:This 10-hour pedagogy masterclass is designed to enhance teaching skills in a supportive\, trust-based environment. Participants present their own work for feedback\, gaining practical insights to improve effectiveness. \nIt is a prerequisite for Unit 3 training. \nEach participant will prepare and share video teaching segments at the level of their current pedagogy training. Using the SAA Pedagogy Descriptors\, participants will practice the skills of observation and assessment to celebrate teaching successes and explore ways to become more effective. \n100% attendance and participation is required to receive course credit with the SAA. \nScroll down to the bottom of this page to the enrollment box\, click “+1”\, then click “get tickets”. DESCRIPTION:I will be combining Unit 2 and Teaching Strategies for a total of combined 25 hours. However\, for this course\, we will be using the newly revised Flute book 2 and I welcome teachers who have already taken book 2 to join this class for $150. If there are participants who are retaking the class\, I will separate the 15 hours of book 2 and the 10 hours of the teaching strategies class. DESCRIPTION:  \nHerramientas pedagógicas y acompañamiento experto para docentes Suzuki \nCurso online en español (in Spanish) \nCosto: $190 USD  ($3\,500. MX) \nFecha:  6 y 7 de diciembre 2025 \nHorario: 14:00 a 17:00 y 18:00 a 20:00 (Hr. Central Mx) \nLugares disponibles: 10 \nEstrategias y Mentoría tiene como propósito acompañar a los docentes Suzuki en el logro de sus objetivos profesionales\, ofreciendo un espacio de formación y reflexión pedagógica. Está dirigido a profesores de cualquier instrumento que\, habiendo completado el Libro 1 en adelante\, deseen desarrollar sus competencias docentes y fortalecer sus herramientas de enseñanza. \nEn cada curso\, los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de presentar de dos a cuatro videos (aproximadamente 8 minutos cada uno)\, en los que se muestre un aspecto específico trabajado con el alumno\, comprendido en clase y reforzado en la práctica en casa.
