“Exploring Violin Technique: core concepts and fundamental exercises for beginning violinists” will meet from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM Central Time on Thursdays, January 26-February 23.

This course will explore possibilities and provide recommendations to aid teachers in creating a technical curriculum for students. Topics and exercises include scales, arpeggios, shifting, vibrato, string crossing, double stops, fourth finger development, harmonics, and pizzicato.

Charles Krigbaum

Charles Krigbaum is the Founder and Co-Director of the North Texas School of Talent Education, a private Suzuki violin and viola program located in Parker, TX. He is a Teacher Trainer for the SAA, and has proudly served on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Suzuki Association in many roles.
