Please join us for an exciting time reviewing the principles established in the ECC course and exploring ideas through the repertoire in Book 1.
All classes will be held on Sundays at the beautiful downtown location of the MacPhail Center for the Arts. Observations will be held on site or via videos approved by the trainer

Prerequisite course:

Every Child Can!, or Filosofía

Audition: Piano Basic, or Piano Comprehensive.

Deadline: All audition materials must be submitted by September 19 *
*A discounted Audition Fee applies if audition is submitted before August 4. If submitted within 8-weeks of the course start date, the regular audition fee will apply.

Trainer Information

Annette Lee

Annette Lee has been a Suzuki teacher since 1988. She received her BM in piano performance from Wheaton Conservatory and her MM in piano performance from the University of Michigan, where she was a fellowship student under Louis Nagle and Martin Katz. Her Suzuki training has been with Yasuko Joichi, Doris Koppelman, Jane Kutscher Reed, Rick Mooney, Fay Adams and Mary Craig Powell. Ms. Lee has taught at the Music Institute of Chicago and DePaul University and is currently on faculty at the MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis. At MacPhail, she is a Suzuki teacher, directs the parent training program for the Suzuki department, and is a staff accompanist. She is a frequent clinician at Suzuki Institutes, having taught in Stevens Point, WI, Blue Lake Institute, MI, Mt. Royal Academy, Calgary, the Wheaton Preparatory Department, IL the Preucil School in IA and at the Colorado Suzuki Institute.
