For parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others, this course provides an inspiring, in-depth look at the Suzuki approach to teaching and learning. For teachers, ECC serves as the first course in the Suzuki Association of the Americas Teacher Development Program. To learn more, read about the ECC course and its guidelines.

Trainer Information

Edmund Sprunger

Edmund Sprunger, Missouri. BA in music from Goshen College, MSW from the University of Michigan (with a minor in administration), and extensive training at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute. In addition to his teaching, he is also a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in private practice, and the author of two books. His diverse set of skills and experiences includes having studied in Japan with Dr. Suzuki, as well as in China in the 1980’s. He also serves as the Director of Community Education at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, and as a Board member for the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
