Jun 25 – 28, 2012 in VA
at Greater Washington Suzuki Piano Institute
What
Students: Piano
Event Description
GWSPI is all about PIANO! One of just four of piano-only institutes in North America, there is no competition with other instruments for teaching or practice space, or prime recital time. The program is designed to help developing pianists become skilled and understanding players, performers, and musicians.
Offerings include masterclass lessons, daily recitals, repertoire and theory class, piano ensembles, keyboard improvisation, Dalcroze, Orff, chorus, and handbells. The institute program is appropriate for all ages and levels of pianistic development. Some students have played their first notes at GWSPI, and no one is too advanced for the college- and conservatory-level faculty.
