Costa Rican Students Visit Chicago

Last month eight Suzuki students and their families (21 people in all!) traveled from San Juan, Costa Rica, to Chicago to attend the Chicago Suzuki Institute. What a great boost to the Book 1 and 2 classes and the beginning orchestra!

My students and I performed at the Farmer’s Market to help raise money for 6 of my students who were going on a Carnegie Hall tour with the local orchestra in June 2018. It was fun playing together, but it was one hot day!

Updated price on Studio Memberships!

As of August 1, active teacher members of the SAA may collect 10 or more Associate memberships from families in their studio for only $35 USD per family. Studio memberships must be submitted to the SAA at one time, but separate checks for each family are acceptable.
