I am excited about a new blog page I that created last month for my website! The blog is intended to be a resource for the students and parents in my studio in Richmond, VA, but I hope that others across the country will also enjoy it and benefit from it. On average, you can expect a new post each month. Topics will include teaching points, CD and book reviews related to music, listening suggestions, photos and video from my studio performances, and other musical topics. You can leave a comment at the bottom of each page, but you need to click on the title of the post in order to do that. I hope that you enjoy this blog!

Tim: Great list. Very detailed; quite complete.
Might I print it out and use this?

www.practicemakesiteasy.blogspot.com. It’s nothing fancy, just thoughts and suggestions on practicing as I practice with my kids and students.

About error messages, try address without “www.” just http://practicemakesiteasy.blogspot.com

That worked for me.

BTW, I just posted an article about breaking up a teacher-student relationship. Tomorrow’s article will be about creating a life game plan using the 12 daily practices.

Leslie-
WONDERFUL BLOG! Thank you for being so generous with your ideas for practice. I am motivated more than ever to start my own blog for my studio.
Hope to see you again at the ISSI next year (2008 was the last time I was there. EEK!)
Aloha,
Teresa Skinner

I have just started a blog for my studio. It is brand new. I just started it two weeks ago and I am still working on it. You are most welcome to visit it. I am open and would love to hear about suggestions you may have.

Just up and running this year, I write about strategies and games which help children enjoy learning to practice. I would love to have comments and suggestions for subjects to explore. The blog titles and archive are in the right margin under the Opt In button.

Do check out the new collection of Christmas Practice Games. I’m very excited about them.
