I’m a young, newly certified Suzuki Violin teacher. I did my book 1 training years ago and have recently had an influx of 3.5-5 year olds that I’ve started. I’m a bit rusty and having a hard time remembering much of what I learned in Bk 1 training and really want to either attend a workshop on that age group and or couple with another more experienced teacher in my area and sit in on a few pre-twinkler lessons.

I’ve not been able to find a workshop in any 100 mile radius. Does anyone have advice for me or knowledge of where to brush up on teaching ideas for such little kids?
THANKS!

Do you have a teacher trainer in your area? Perhaps he/she would be able to arrange a one on one refresher course.

Edward Sprunger’s book, “helping parents practice”.
