Can anyone please recommend a book or a single Irish fiddle piece that would be appropriate for a student in Book 5? I have a lot of fiddle books, but they seem to have mostly bluegrass and American fiddle tunes in them.

Thanks.

These pieces are certainely my students greatest hits:

See and listen to the Folk Music of Hungary, Ireland, and America arranged by Kerstin Wartberg.

This book has TONS of Irish fiddle tunes with guitar chords on the sheet music. It’s SUCH a great book! Tunes for any level. I highly recommend it! http://www.sharmusic.com/Shop-Shar/Sheet-Music/Violin/Unaccompanied-Violin/Brody-David—The-Fiddler-s-Fakebook—Violin—Oak-Publications.axd
