Just a heads up that Music Teacher’s Helper is changing their rate/plan structure in October, so if you’re thinking about trying it, this might be a good time, especially if you want the unlimited students option! They will grandfather current paying plans in until they are upgraded or discontinued.

The websites will continue to be free.

Currently 3 or fewer students is free. This will change to 5 students. Currently up to 10 students is $10.95/mo. The new Basic plan will be up to 20 students for $14/mo. There are also a few other options, but the biggest change will be the unlimited students price: currently $24.95/mo, and the new plan will be $49/month. The new plans will have more storage space. Currently there is a 30 day free trial, but I don’t know if they are continuing that with the new structure.

Follow the link in my signature for more info. The new plan is announced on the blog. I’ve been very happy with the service and my website and their support team is the best!

(Oh—they have a new music teacher’s forum going, too.)

Their new mobile app is also now available.

“On the Music Teacher’s Helper mobile app, you can review your student lists and their contact information, see a list of your upcoming (and past) lessons, reconcile your lessons, view a summary of each student’s billing status, and see your studio’s financial transactions, payments, and invoices. Currently, the mobile app only supports teacher logins – students and parents cannot login. We’ll be adding more functionality to it as time goes on.”

Just keeps getting better!
