I am having a very hard time remembering the other variations to Rhody. I teach violin and the only one I can remember is Rhody Goes to Arabia, where you play B flat and F natural.

Could someone please tell me the other variations and how to play / which notes to switch / what “country” etc. Thanks so much in advance. Angela

The ones I use are:
Sad Aunt Rhody (low 2)
Aunt Rhody in Egypt (low 1, high 2)
Aunt Rhody in China (finger pattern held across D and A for fifths—plucking)
Happy Aunt Rhody (Back to regular pattern but fast bouncy bows)

Kids love these, glad you asked!

Happy practicing,
