Teacher Training Audition Piano

I am writing to ask two questions about piano Audition comprehensive for teacher training.
I am hoping to attend this summer for a week workshop and I am in process of preparing video for my audition.
As I read in the requirements site for piano Mozart Sonata mv 1, there is no need for memorization. However, I am into habit of playing for any audition from my memory, as then, I can better feel and follow the music, enjoy my performance and not interrupt to turn pages.
My first question is if one plays from memory, will the audition not qualified because of not reading the script?
My second question is, in case we have to read and play for audition, then is it OK to pause and turn page between different variations (as my husband doesnt read music and I then need to find somebody to assist me)?

I appreciate any feed back prior to sending my video, if anybody know anything about these required preparations.

Thank you so much/

As I understand it, memorizing if perfectly fine and even preferred.

Great! We need new young teachers. May I suggest you put that rug under your piano for better sound absorption. Have a great audition!

Thank you dear Joanne. Your comments and posts are always helpful and informative. I really hope to pass the audition. I ‘ll submit it by March 31 which I may be able to use the discount for early submission.
Do you know by any chance if it is possible, in case of passing audition, to register for two subsequent Units i.e. Unit 1 and then Unit2 in the coming summer? Thank you again for all your suggestions.
