Hi Canadian Suzuki colleagues!

I wanted to post here and let people know about an exciting new way for the Canadian Suzuki community to stay in touch, despite the fact that we’re scattered far and wide.

After Kelly Williamson’s presentation about “The Geography of Suzuki in Canada” and Kathleen Schoen’s session called “S, eh, eh?” were held at the 2014 SAA Conference, we decided to start a Facebook group where we could communicate throughout the year. Canadian Suzuki teachers and parents are welcome to join and to post comments, questions, photos, and anything else they’d like to share!

If you’re a Facebook user, we’d love to see you join our growing group. Search the group name while you’re logged into your Facebook account, and then click the green button at the top right of the screen that says “Join Group”. One of the admins will approve your request as soon as we can. If you’re already a group member, you can invite other friends and colleagues to join by typing their name or email address into the “add people” box on the right hand sidebar.

Hope to see you online soon. Thanks everyone,

Thanks, Kate Einerson, for that clear encouragement and invitation to Canadian Suzuki teachers to connect on this SuzukiMUSICau/inCanada Facebook page.

I hope many respond. Teachers, Parents and all who want to join the conversation about all aspects of stimulating the musical mindset among our members.
