We reside between Chicago and Madison and Milwaukee and are ramping up to organize a pre-school string program at our church. We know that we first have to have a Suzuki trained teacher to "run" the program but need to know how to attract parents and students to it and encourage community support. We think our quarterly Chamber Series at the church is a natural connection to a local education program and that complimentary synergy will occur if we promote it properly.

We have invited a number of Suzuki sources to provide guidance with limited success. We thought there might be a publication on the subject but have found nothing to date. If you would like to wade in the on subject of "Creating and Managing a Church Based Pre-School String Program" we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks a lot,

Howard

Have you contacted any Suzuki teachers in your area that could come and bring some students to play for potential parents?
That is a great way to build some excitement.
