I looking for new ideas for recruiting students, specifically young students ages 3-9. I’m particularly interested in those things that teachers and schools do every year as a part of running their businesses. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Dear Emma,
Approach your public library about offering a one-time musical program for young children. Plan for this to be part interactive with the kids, part they listen to you play, and, if you can arrange for some current students to be there, part listening to other kids play. Enjoy getting creative with your ideas!

Also, ask preschools if you can come present a program at the school, and provide information about Suzuki philosophy and your studio for the children to share with their parents.

Hope this helps!
