Hi SuzukiWorld!

Does anyone love their bookkeeping app for iPhone? I am looking for something to keep track of payments received/not received, etc. Something fairly comprehensive and specific would be fabulah.

Thanks!

New Comment on App for keeping track of payments and schedules from Paula BirdI can’t find anything on the musicteacher’s helper website about scheduling lessons. Can someone who uses it direct me to it?
Thanks.

Hi Mary Anne,

Paula is right. A few more details are on the demo video (link in my signature) at 12:38. For the most detailed instructions, HERE is a video tutorial, which shows the different ways you can set up repeating events, group events, etc.

Edit: Hmm. Not sure if that is only available to members. If you can’t view it, you can do the free trial and on your account go to “help” and “video tutorials”.

One thing I don’t recall seeing is that you can create an open time slot and have students log on to book themselves! I have a few “casual” adult students who do this, and use this for booking summer lessons, too.

thanks all! Not sure I’m ready to invest yet, but definitely thinking about it.
