Items are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Shipping rates start at $5 for the United States and Canada—orders of 9 pounds or more will be chared a bit more for shipping. If you live outside of North America or need your items faster, please call for International shipping rates and expedited methods.
Refund Policy
Items are non-refundable. If defective or damaged, they must be returned within 30 days of purchase for the same title replacement. Defective or damaged items should be returned via a trackable shipping method (UPS, Fedex, USPS Certified Mail) with a brief explanation. The SAA will refund the cost of shipping for the damaged or defective items. Please include a receipt of the shipping charge with the returned item.
