Richard Lohmann

Rick Lohmann is co-director of Santa Fe Talent Education, where he teaches violin and viola. He has had a long career as a teacher, violinist and conductor. For fifteen years he was concertmaster of the Omaha Symphony Orchestra. He has taught at the Lincoln Suzuki Institute, and is on the faculty of the New Mexico Suzuki Institute. He co-founded Omaha Talent Education, helping build the program from scratch in 1999 to over 85 students in 2003. His SAA Suzuki training is with Marilyn O’Boyle, Joanne Bath, Pat D’Ercole, Nancy Lokken, Liz Arbus, Julia Hardie, Sue Baer and Nancy Jackson.
