Mentoring: Fostering the next generation of Suzuki teachers

This presentation will showcase the opportunities and challenges that arise when younger teachers and older teachers work together. We will present a series of ideas that we have found beneficial to creating an environment in which mentees and mentors share their knowledge and ideas to create a mutually beneficial teaching environment. While we will focus on creating such an environment within one program, we will also explore how to transfer our ideas to situations where teachers are not teaching together.
