The session schedule is online.

Deadlines for presenters:

  1. If you need to make any changes to your AV/equipment request please email them to ASAP. Final AV requests must be made by May 1. Resources are limited, so please do not order equipment you may not use.
  2. If you send your handout to the office by May 5, SAA can have copies made for you. Please email your handout to
  3. If you can’t get it sent by that time, copies of your handout are your own responsibility. Please bring copies or plan to make copies at Kinkos when you arrive.
  4. Handouts will be available on the SAA website after the conference. (In case they run out in the session, etc.) To submit your handout for the web (if you have not already done so for copies), please email it to or bring a copy to the SAA staff at the conference—electronic files are best, but a printed copy will work.
